Recruitment Matters Africa was established in Harare, Zimbabwe in September 2010 and has since grown, expanding to Zambia in April 2015 and South Africa in January 2017 and across Sub-Saharan Africa. The Executive team is made up of highly experienced Consultants / Executive Talent Consultants with over 40 years of combined recruitment experience behind them, from a local, regional and international basis.
