The Company was formed in 2001 as the sole agency for all BASF Agricultural, Public Health and Specialty chemical products in Zimbabwe.

Pivotal Agro-Services are the sole custodians of all BASF product registrations in Zimbabwe.

Pivotal Agro-Services are also the registration holders for other multinational companies including: – FMC, Tagros Bioscience, Asfertglobal, Gowan, Plant Health, Dux Agri and HumaGro products in Zimbabwe.

Pivotal Agro-Services sell products to registered agro-chemical and public health dealers and directly to end users. The agro-chemicals and public health products include: –

  1. Bio-products, Plant Health, Nutrients – wide range targeted for high value horticultural crops.
  2. Herbicides – for most field crops as well as non-crop uses.
  3. Insecticides – for all crops as well as specialty uses.
  4. Fungicides – for all major crops
  5. Plant growth regulants – various crops.
  6. Public Health products – for control of rodents, mosquitoes, termites, and other pests.
